Terms and Conditions

Method of Payment:

I accept payment by BACS/On-line transfer (account details will be supplied when booking).

New Clients: To ensure the session is confirmed, payment must be made at the time of booking.  The session will not be confirmed until payment has been received.  Please Note:  Failure to pay at the time of booking for this first session may result in your chosen time being allocated to another client.

Existing Clients:  Payment is required at least Three Working Days prior to the session.

First Session:

I will let you know at the end of your first session if I am able to help you.

Cancellations, Late Arrival and Refunds:

If you arrive late for a session, the session will start when you arrive and end at its scheduled end time.  However, if you are so late that in my reasonable opinion I believe that providing the session will serve no practical value in the remaining time available, then I may cancel the session and you will not normally be entitled to a refund.

If you cancel a session within THREE working days of its scheduled time and date then you will not normally be entitled to a refund/credit.


Monies paid for a session which has been cancelled by you  (earlier than three working days in advance) will be held as a credit for a future session.  This session must be taken within 6 weeks of the original session, after which time the credit will expire unless agreed otherwise by me.

Sessions Cancelled by Me

On occasion I may have to cancel a scheduled session. This may occur for of a number of reasons, for example, illness or, in winter, snow.  If I have to cancel then I will offer you another session without further cost to you.


The initial fee charged at your first session will continue to be charged for a period of six months providing coaching is on-going. If I increase my fees during that time then I will continue to coach you at your original fee until the six month period expires (i.e. six months from the date of your first session).  After that date you will be charged at the new rate.  You will also be charged at any new rate if a period of 3 months has elapsed from your last session (even if this is within the original six month period) unless agreed otherwise.


It is not possible for me to guarantee any particular outcome as a result of my coaching service, but my aim is to provide you with coaching by using reasonable care and skill.

I have no liability for any loss incurred by you, whether financial or otherwise, following the provision of my coaching services, which in your view have not enabled you to achieve your desired outcomes or goals.

Cessation of Coaching

If at any stage I conclude that I am unable to help you further I will let you know immediately, and, where possible, advise on alternatives.  Any recommendation made by me will be based purely on my professional view and will be given to you as an option to consider.  I cannot guarantee your desired outcome.


I treat all personal information supplied by you as confidential. I shall not disclose any such information to any third party without your prior permission, unless required by law. I treat all personal data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR EU Data Law 2018.

Calling the 0845 number

Calls made to my 0845 number will incur additional charges from the 0845 routing company plus any additional charges which may be made by your service provider.  No charges are made by me and I do not benefit from any of the additional charges incurred.

Location of Sessions

Sessions will take place at St Katharine’s, Parmoor, Frieth.

Your belongings

I accept no liability for any loss or theft of, or damage to, your belongings whilst you are on the premises at St Katharine’s
